Some miniaturists create beautiful structures during their lives but no one is left who has the space for them or the appreciation needed to keep them. What you will find on this page will be photos of estate items looking for a home.  I bring these listings to you as a service.  I do not have a financial interest in them.  If you are interested in anything you see here, or have questions, the name and contact information of the owner is provided.  Please contact that person directly.

3-Story Victorian Tower Dollhouse
Shell & Components 
Custom-built, 9 rooms, partially finished.  Includes many building components, such as some custom doors and windows, as well as shakes, lumber, and bricks.  2 paintable fireplaces (1 plaster, 1 resin), specialty microglass for windows, a vintage Ethel Hicks’ “Angel Children Originals” clown doll, and miscellaneous collectible accessories are also part of the lot.  Bonus bay building-extension designed by Noel & Pat Thomas, with exterior finish by miniaturist E. A. Hanninen.
Measurements:  House is 40 inches long x 26 inches wide x 36 inches tall (36 inches to roof ridge; with tower cap the height is 44 inches tall; with attached base the height is 48 inches tall).   The attached Base by itself measures 44 inches long x at least 26 inches wide x 4 inches tall. 
Important:  Note for transporting that the overall house and base height is 48 inches tall.
