The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Tukwila has been the venue for the Seattle Miniature Show for the last several years. Everyone loves the location so we're keeping a good thing going! Not only is the event space bright, comfortable, and attractive, but the guest rooms and hotel amenities are first-rate as well. That's why we're continuing here for the 2024 Seattle Miniature Show, too. GUESTROOM RESERVATIONS:
You are responsible to book your own room, using your credit card. This card will remain on file for your room and tax charges, incidental charges, and any “no show” charges should you not arrive for your reservation and haven’t cancelled 24 hours in advance. If for any reason travelers have a reservation change on the first day of arrival to the hotel, you must notify the hotel directly of that change. FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS: Doubletree offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. From 4:00 am to 10:00 pm, the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and half-hour. Between 10:30 pm and 4:00 am, contact the Front Desk for transportation arrangements. Guests should call when they arrive at the waiting areas at Island # 1 or Island # 3 only. This is located one floor above baggage claim, cross over the sky bridge, and go down one floor to floor # 3. Then call the hotel from the island. Return shuttles scheduled with front desk. Important note: Be sure to get on the smaller shuttle van for the DoubleTree at Southcenter and not the large buses for the DoubleTree at the airport. The correct shuttle is a large black Mercedes van. It says DoubleTree and has a large cookie on the side of the van .

Never leave valuables and personal items such as purses, cameras and computers unattended or in your car. Never leave anything of value in plain sight. Always lock your car. Safeguard your room key.
