What is "Mini Acres"?  You've never heard of it?

Mini Acres is what many people think they will be seeing at a dollhouse miniature show.  Dollhouses for sale.  Typically there are not many actual dollhouses at a show -- only the accessories -- the cute, realistic, artistic, items made by artisans or commercially produced.  Since everything in real life can be reproduced in smaller scale, that shouldn't be too surprising.

Anyone who wants to sell a dollhouse can sign a "listing agreement", pay a $20.00 "listing fee" (which is waived if you are a dealer at the show), bring the house (or roombox or lighthouse) to the show and place it in "Mini Acres", a new neighborhood of properties for sale by owner.  Perfect property?  Handyman Special?  Not yet assembled?  It doesn't matter.  Just like real life, buyers and sellers come together.

The house measures 11" wide x 6" deep x 21" high
